Good spot Gary! Funnily enough I got PC through today and didn't spot it! 
I believe I did tell a journalist friend when I saw him some months back that I was restoring an Oltcit, however I think he works for another magazine...

I don't normally get Practical Classics any more but like the idea of cars I have never heard of in the magazine, I will have to get one.
