Hello!

I’m Bartus1989 from the Netherlands, so please forgive me my bad English!

I’m 22 years old and enjoying my second Visa right now. I’ve posted some pictures from her in another section of this forum!
My parents drove in the past a few Citroën BX and 2cv, off course I wanted a Citroën As well. But, you’re 16 and that’s a little bit to young for a car. So I started with a light moped! When I was 19 years I started to think what kind of Citroën I wanted. A BX? No, they always break down, A 2cv? Yes! But far to expensive. But, what about the Visa? Yes! A Visa great little car and cheap in taxes and assurance. And that was the beginning of my story.

...welcome to the forum Bartus, I hope you enjoy it. Your new car looks very good especially the seat fabric - how much did you have to pay for it :?:

I’ve paid 900 euro’s for the car. The car has stand still for 10 years, so a lot has to be replaced.

Tires
Exhaust
Oil filler pipe
Fuel pump
Fuel tank (full with rust)
All the rubber leads
Brake parts

After 1500 miles I’ve to change the pistons and the cylinders as well.

She’s now technically very ok, but her body is not so shine anymore. But I don’t care! She’s French and I love her.
