Car shows

Postby gary » Sun Dec 11, 2011 5:20 pm

I thought that it would be interesting to start a topic of cars seen at different shows.
They can be of anything not necessarily Citroën's but anything unusual, rare, cool or just different.
I thought that i would kick off with these two.

A very nice idea Gary, as it's good to appreciate something non-Citroen once in a while too! :D

I've got a love for the American trucks, and mainly the Kenworth's. There's a nice one that is a regular to shows/events in this area. The noise is beautiful. 8-)

At the same show was this beauty:

I also went to a Hot Rod show earlier this year too, which was excellent. Some of my favourites:

The mustang is very nice & any hot rod is cool.
I did see a guy on a motorbike jump over a kenworth truck at bromley one year, he only had a wind up trailer as a ramp to clear the length of the truck
but he made it but with a very heavy landing -lol-

There's a huge amount of work gone into those for sure - I'm pretty sure I've got some pics somewhere of a Mustang (Bullitt-style) and another Yank that's had a load of airbrushing done to it - I''ll dig it out...

I thought I recognised that car Gary - saw it at the same show as the Hot Rods above:
