CCC East Midland Group Meet - Bourne Citroën - 23rd October.

The next meet within the East Midlands Group is to visit Barry Annells' establishment in Bourne (Bourne Citroën - PE10 9JY for GPS users) on the 23rd October.

The plan is to meet at the Waterside Garden Centre (PE6 9NY), on Kings Street, just off the A15 at Baston, at 11.00 am, have a look around, then have lunch in the restaurant there. Afterwards we will convoy to Barry's Garage for a good look around and rummage!

Who's thinking of coming? We will be... :D

Hopefully Esther and I will be there

Kids are at their grand parents for a few days as it half term

Try and come in 2CV - but last time I ran it back from the 2CVGB national it wasn't running too well.
Not had chance since due to work commitments, having been working away from home the majority of the time since the the start of September, to start / run the old girl, so my 2CV may not start / be running too well.
Jon Clewer aka Spanners, who work at my local Citroën dealership and also looks after my 2CV, is hopefully popping round one evening soon and hopefully before the weekend to take a look at it and check it over

Otherwise we're be in either my C4 VTS By Loeb or Esthers C4 Grand Picasso

Hi All

Last minute update.... Anyone who plans to have a day out Sunday, and it may be the last nice day before the weather breaks for winter... We plan to be at the Waterside garden Centre ffrom 11:00am, for a look around and lunch in their Oasis restaurant, then a convoy drive to Barry's Garage to be there for 2:00 pm. You're welcome at either or both as you will!!

You can find Waterside Garden Centre near the village of Baston on the outskirts of Peterborough, on the A15 between Market Deeping & Bourne, on the border of Cambridgeshire & Lincolnshire.

Time-wise, we think we'll probably be there at around 1.00 - 1.30 in time for the convoy to Barry's. :)

Weather looks promising too, with highs of 17 degrees...! :o -lol- :roll:
