This weekend We’ve been to two Christmas Meal in two days!!
Yesterday we attended the Wye Knot 2CV’s Christmas Meal [Hereford] which I attend throughout the year when able / not working away.
We met at the Tarrington Arms, Herefordshire [Tarrington, Herefordshire - HR1 4HX]
Arranged / Organised by Jenny Tipton e: wyeknot2cvs@fastmail.net
We had a lovely evening.

Starters:
Roast Red Pepper Soup with pesto and herb croutons
Hand Crafted Crab Cakes with Lobster Bisque
Baked Portobello Mushroom with Cranberry and Stilton Crust
Local Game Terrine on Rocket with Parmesan Crisp
Mains:
Roast Turkey Ballantine with Seasonal Vegetables
Noisette of Lamb with Winter Hedgerow Sauce
Roast Sea Bass With Fennel and Pomegranate
Medley of Stuffed Vegetables and Crisp Garlic Croquettes
Desserts:
Tarrington Arms Xmas Chocolate Pudding
Irish Cream Pannacotta with Irish Whiskey Sauce
Satsuma and Cointreau Sorbet
Sticky Treacle Tart and Vanilla Ice Cream
& today [Sunday 4th Dec] we had the Citroën Car Club Midlands Section Christmas Meal at Rowington Village Hall, near Warwick [Rowington Warwick CV35 7DB]
Organised by Ken Wedley & John Bradshaw
The full on Christmas dinner was prepared and cooked by Ken and his helpers and was great!, epecially the roast potatoes!!
Both were very well attended & much fun was had by all.
We took just a few pics at each meet [not many & nothing that good as it was cold and wet out] - here is the links to the photo gallery of these meetings
