...now Roger I always thought that this car:

Image

...is this car plus some hub caps sold in 2010 by Ace Classics to an enthusiast in the Leeds area:

Image

...if so the description may be a little iffy:

classicandcar wrote:Good clean example of this model with one lady owner until March 2010. Very low mileage at 31,000 miles. MOT til March 2012 and Road Tax til March 2012. 3 door hatchback in metallic blue with manual 4 speed transmission. First Registered April 1984 - 1124 cc engine

...because I thought the last owner in 2009 for a few years before Ace Classics was CCC member Brian C - ah well. :? :?

So does this mean you have a picture of another current LNA to add to the collection?

...their reply:

Ace Classics wrote:Yes Mike, I`ve been trying to take it in part exchange for the last 3 weeks but the man has bought a modern car from the independent Renault specialist half a mile down the road from us. I do know them and I`ve tried to buy it from them but they need the price they are asking. We`ll have to see how it goes. Regards, Rick.

...thanks Rick - so not a new one - still looks as good as it did last year. :D

...Ace Classics have now bought the LNA and Rick writes:

Ace Classics wrote:Hi Mike,

I`m now the proud owner of the light blue LNA that I sold a couple of years ago.

It will be listed on ebay and the other classic cars sites next week at £1275.

If any of the forum members are interested then I will consider reasonable offers.

Regards, Rick.

I think it would be worth another £100 by just taking those horrid hubcaps off.
