Nightmares

Over the years you come across the odd little problem with your ever reliable Visa, starting with a modicum of rust in the offside wing:

...these things always come in pairs you know:

...but all was not lost - only just:

Image Image

...then it split it sides with laughter - well sort of:

Image Image

...all fixed except for the problems up front:

Image

...then things started to come down around my ears:

Image

...some were repairable and came back home:

Image

...others were never seen again:

Image

...some just jumped for it:

Image

...and others just faded away:

..ah memories - sorry nightmares

I've had more sleepless nights starting with those wonderful early UV sensitive seats:

...and then the rear suspension seemed to be getting lower - I wonder why - ah of course those amazing rear shock absorber mounts:

...let's hope I sleep better tonight.

Speaking of rust, it's the same on all citroens, the GSA van has been ressurected today, but loads of rust to be sorted out.
Happy days!

Hello Isaac

I remember it attending Nationals at Peterborough in the past. It'll be worth it in the end, how far have you got - will it be worth me having a look when I'm there later in the week :?:

There i was thinking how complex modern cars are now, and there a Visa with more wiring than any of them! Whats all that for?

I hate the comms2000 unit/brain on my car (cost me a small fortune to replace) but i guess it does away with so many wires.

...I was hoping Lee was going to answer this one as it's a pic from one of his cars but he's obviously away on business - so that little lot are all heading towards the dash and instrument cluster, good eh
