Visa 1000 Pistes Book

Postby Mikee » Mon Feb 13, 2012 5:01 pm

Way back in 2010 there was a lot of discussion on the French forums about a potential new book on Visa Mille Pistes, that researchers were trying to put together by requesting photos and data. I forgot all about it until now when someone mentioned it. As yet there appears to be no book, which will be in French, but here is the front cover design from 2010 that was posted on the forums, plus I guess the current publisher's web site:

Citroën C35 support vehicle. Never seen one of those in England. They're getting quite rare in France.

The paylaod of a 3.5 T petrol version wasn't far off two tonnes.

...under a handful left in the UK and not listed by the "How many left" site - this camper conversion is owned by a CCC member in the North:

...well spotted - "N" reg was their first year in the UK. This picture has always amused me, with the gentleman possibly attending to a call of nature in the top LH corner. :?:  :D
